Botswana coach Stan Tshosnae slams Swazi referee Nhleko Simangas calls in 2014 CHAN qualifier 2-0 loss to Zambia.
Simanga denied a Botswana a penalty after Zambia captain Bronson Chama handled the ball in the 71st minute and three minutes later sent off defender Obuile Nncenga for a foul on Kondwani Mtonga.
Tshosane also felt that Zambia striker Evans Kangwa's 79th minute goal was off-side.
"The three major ones the first one we had a clear penalty it was handball inside the box. The ball was in front of the defender and he stopped it with his hands so it is terrible," Tshosane said.
"It was clear on the side of the referee and the linesman.
"The second one the goal was clear offside he is given the ball he scores.
"I have not seen much the picture of the red card. They said the player collided with our defender but he is one of the most disciplined and he has never done anything unless he has done that for the first time in Zambia."
However, Tshosane admitted that it wasn't an easy away game for Botswana despite his misgivings about the officiating.
"We wanted to come and give Zambia the best game of football and we tried by all means to do that in the first half yes, we contained Zambia well," Tshosane said.
"Unfortunately my boys did not play well especially from the midfield, my midfielder's today they were not as sharp as I know them."
