Botswana have added South Africa and Qatar to their foreign training camp itinerary ahead of their 2012 Africa Cup of Nations debut in January.
According to a latest press release from the Botswana Football Association, the highlight of the additional foreign camps will see The Zebras setup base at the Aspire Academy in Qatar over Christmas.
However, they will first travel to South Africa on December 13 until December 23 where they will camp in Rustenburg before flying off to Qatar.
Botswana will return home on January 4 before heading to Bulawayo to face Zimbabwe in a friendly on January 7 at Barbourfields while a sendoff ceremony is planned for Gaborone on January 8.
The Zebras will later travel to Cameroon on January 10 where they will set up a 10-day final pre-tournament training base in Douala before flying down to Gabon on January 20 to their Group D venue at Franceville.
Botswana is in Group D with Ghana, Mali and Guinea.
The Zebras will play their opening Group D match on January 24 against Ghana.
