League action resumes
Botswana Premier League

Thursday Nov 27, 2014. 11:17

On Friday, November 28, we will see two teams in contrasting positions in BMC and Notwane lock horns in a beMOBILE Premier League match at Molepolole Sports complex.

The two clubs are far apart on the log with BMC sitting comfortably on 22 points while Notwane have only garnered half of that.

The game will kick-off at 19h00.

BMC go into this game after suffering their first loss of the season to defending champions and pace setters Township Rollers.

One man who is under pressure going into the game is striker Sageby Sandaka who is the club’s top goal scorer with six goals. He will be looking at increasing his tally in order to make amends for the games he has failed to score.

This will also be a torrid test for BMC’s gaffer Daniel Nare who will want to see his charges return to winning ways in order to stay in the game with the big boys at the top of the table.

Notwane, on the other hand, have their own problems to deal with. They lost to a team that was winless until it beat them in their last outing.

New coach, Calvin Peterson got a rude welcome to the local league and under flood lights in Molepolole he will be hoping that his fortunes change for the better.

Notwane have been perennial relegation survivors and the sooner they collect points the better, and their diehard followers are very much aware of such.
