Moments after it rained at Molepolole Sports Complex it began to rain goals too as BMC hammered Notwane 5-1 in the only beMOBILE Botswana Premier League game on Friday.
The first half produced four goals with BMC scoring three and the other two goals of the match were scored after the break.
BMC's impressive 5-1 victory took them back into contention for challenging for the league title.
Nqobile Mpala scored his first brace of the season while Zebras striker, Kenanao Kgetholetsile, scored the other goal and then Notwane pulled one back through Emmanuel Masisi to make it 3-1 at the interval.
After the halftime break Notwane piled the pressure on BMC and but then Sageby Sandaka increased his tally of the season to seven goals.
Notwane were the first to look to the bench as they replaced Odirile Kgaodi with Tumelo Nshakiwa. BMC brought on Unobatsha Mbaiwa for Matthews Moruti in the second half and Mbaiwa scored the final goal for BMC with his first touch.
Notwane replaced Sidney Moseki with Pako Gaofose in their second change and Ezinkomo replaced Mpala with Boitshoko Zikhale.
Top goal scorer Sandaka was replaced by youngster Kabo Bareng in the dying minutes of the game.
In the end it was a good win for Ezinkomo who had hoped to return to winning ways after their loss to Township Rollers.
