Police XI club chairman Solomon Mantswe believes that the his side will soon climb up the BTC Premiership standings following their slow start.

The Jungle Kings sit 10th on the league standings - having accumulated 13 points from 11 games. They are a point behind eighth-placed Botswana Defence Force (BDF) XI.

“The team is okay, there is nothing wrong with it. It is only that we had a very slow start and we have been working on fixing this,” said Mantswe.

“If you can look at our previous games you will see that we were not losing because the teams outplayed us.

"We are playing very well the only problem is that we are missing chances up front," he added.

“Soon you will no longer be looking down to find us but you will be looking up as we are moving up."
