Township Rollers head coach Nikola Kavazovic will be hoping that Popa players return from national duty injury free.

Ten Rollers were named in the Botswana squad ahead of the international friendly match against Gabon which will be played on Tuesday..

However, eight Popa players were included in the travelling squad by Botswana head coach Major David Bright.

Kavazovic's side have been unstoppable in the BTC Premiership this season - winning their first eight matches which sees them placed at the top of the league standings.

"From point of view of the country I felt that as I played for the national team of my country (and) there is nothing more beautiful (than that)," Kavazovic told the local media.

"I don’t think it would (affect the team in the long run), if they don’t catch some injuries, I am fine because we (Rollers) are resting them properly," the Serbian tactician added.

Rollers are scheduled to host Orapa United in their next league match which will be played at the National Stadium on Saturday.
