Township Rollers winger Joel Mogorosi is still waiting for a ruling after he was charged by the Bostwana Premier League Disciplinary Committee.
Apart from Mogorosi, coach Nicola Kavazovic is also waiting for the verdict after the duo was slapped with charges of misconduct.
The two appeared before the committee at Lekidi Football Center to face BPL prosecutor Atang Latelang, following comments they allegedly made after their encounter against Premier League rookies Sharps Shooting Stars.
Coach Kavazovic was the first to be called to account for a single charge of bringing the game of football into disrepute - the charge emanates from BFA Play Rules and Regulations Article 25.6
“This small team that I do not even know its name," said Kavazovic after their match.
However, the Serbian mentor pleaded not guilty and argued that he is being abused and some of the words are manufactured.
Moreover, the former Bloemfontein Celtic player in the South African Premier Soccer League pleaded guilty.
The prosecutors decided to drop the first two charges on the understanding that they technically carry the same sentence and meaning.
Mogorosi faced was charged with misconduct against a match official, but the prosecutor tried him on the last two counts on which the pending ruling will rely upon.
On the third count, Mogorosi is also charged for using abusive language against match officials contrary to article 14.4 of the BFA play rules and regulations, and will face charges for bringing the game of football into disrepute.
