Botswana international Edwin Moalosi has urged Batswana to continue supporting the Zebras.

The Township Rollers midfielder was speaking after Botswana's clash with Gabon in an international friendly match on Tuesday.

The Zebras managed to hold the Panthers to a goalless draw in an encounter which was played at the Stade de Franceville in Gabon.

Moalosi stated that Botswana supporters need to be patient with Zebras head coach Major David Bright, who was appointed four months ago.

"My message to the Zebras fans is that they should continue supporting us," he said.

"They should also give the coach a chance. That is the most important thing."

Motswana tactician Bright replaced British trainer Peter Butler, who parted ways with the Botswana Football Association (BFA) five months ago.

The Zebras are expected to arrive back in Botswana on Friday.
