Extension Gunners head coach Itumeleng Duicker has turned his focus to their 2017/18 Mascom Top Cup clash with Gaborone United.

Mapantsola a Peleng secured a 2-0 win over Black Forest in a BTC Premiership match at the Lobatse Sports Complex last weekend.

The victory took Gunners to seventh spot on the league standings and Duicker praised his players' commitment.

"I believe we all work hard to achieve big things. If you look at our position on the table, it's not bad at all," Duicker said on Botswana Football.

"Look at the players we have and our new signees. We were financially challenged to sign top players we wanted.

GU will host Gunners in a quarter-final first-leg match at the National Stadium on Monday.

"I have young guys who are coming up. There are challenges here but with loyalty, passion and the love of this club, we soldier on," he added.

"Our main focus is to win on Monday. Our supporters should come in large numbers."

Kick-off is at 19h00.
