Gaborone United will welcome Township Rollers in a BTC Premiership match at the University of Botswana (UB) Stadium on Sunday.
Kick-off is at 15h45.
GU secured a 3-1 win over Flamengo Santos in their previous league game which was played at the Molepolole Sports Complex on Thursday.
This was Moya Goleele's third victory in their last four league games. They had lost to Sankoyo Bush Bucks in a league game, before facing Santos.
GU are placed fourth on the league standings with 16 points from 10 matches. They are two points behind second-placed Jwaneng Galaxy,
Rodolfo Zapata, the GU head coach, will look to promising attacking midfielder Obonwe Maome against their Gaborone rivals.
The 23-year-old player, who has scored three goals in his last two competitive games, will look to inspire GU to victory over Rollers.
Meanwhile, Rollers were held to a goalless draw by Jwaneng Galaxy in their previous league game which was played at the Jwaneng Stadium on Tuesday.
As a result, Popa remain unbeaten this season having recorded eight wins and two draws. They had drawn with Orapa United in a league game, before facing Galaxy.
Rollers are placed at the top of the league standings with 26 points from 10 matches. They are eight points ahead of second-placed Galaxy.
Nikola Kavazovic, the Rollers head coach, will look to unleash experienced striker Jerome Ramatlhakwana against their city rivals.
The 32-year-old player, who rejoined Rollers prior to the current season, will be keen to score and help his side overcome GU.
Rollers beat GU both home and away in the league during the 2016/17 season. Popa won 2-0 in the first round match and 1-0 in the second round encounter.
Both matches were played at the National Stadium.
