Gaborone United have began training ahead of their BTC Premiership match against Police XI.

The encounter is scheduled to be played at the Otse Stadium as the 2017/18 campaign resumes.

GU defeated TAFIC 3-1 away in their previous league game just before the mid-season break, while Police drew 0-0 with Black Forest away.

Rodolfo Zapata, the GU head coach, is expected to land in Botswana from his home county, Argentina, on Friday.

The team has already began their preparations for their clash with the Jungle Kings as they look keep their hopes of winning the league title alive.

Moya Golele are placed fourth on the league standings with 20 points from 12 games. They are 13 points behind log leaders Township Rollers, who have played 13 games.
