Botswana Premier League (BPL) club Jwaneng Galaxy have arrived safely in Mozambique.

Galaxy are set to lock horns with Mozambican side Costa Do Sol in the 2018 CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round first-leg match.

The encounter is scheduled to take place at the National Stadium in Zimpeto on Saturday.

Galaxy, who won last season's Mascom Top 8 Cup, will be making their debut appearance in the continental competition.

"The Galaxy Stars have touched down in Maputo, Mozambique. Safe and ready to get stuck at the training grounds. We will keep you posted on any developments," a club statement read.

The winner between Galaxy and Costa Do Sol will advance to the first round of the tournament.

The winner on aggregate will face either Swaziland side Young Buffaloes or South Africa side Cape Town City.
