Botswana Premier League (BPL) side Township Rollers has provided an injury update ahead of their encounter with Sudanese giants Al Merrikh.
The two big clubs will lock horns in the 2018 CAF Champions League preliminary round first-leg match at the National Stadium in Gaborone on Saturday.
Rollers star Segolame Boy has been nursing an injury and the left-footed forward is expected to undergo a late fitness test.
Good news for Popa is that forwards Joel Mogorosi and Mthokozisi Msomi are both available for the important encounter.
A club statement read: “Backroom News from our Camp - Team Manager Motshegetsi Mafa says the Team Preparations are going on well; Segolame Boy will undergo a late fitness test today evening for his eligibility and availability for team selection.
“Joel Mogorosi and Mthokozisi Msomi trained with the team over the week and are available for selection; the squad's morale is high and positive, and all of them are curious to play against Al-Merrikh SC.
“Township Rollers FC vs Al-Merrikh SC
10th Feb 2018 (Saturday), National Stadium at 15h45.”
The second-leg encounter will take place in Sudan on the 21st of the February 2017.
