Sharps Shooting Stars striker Moemedi Moatlhaping says Mike Sithole's presence at the club has helped the BTC Premiership side.
Stars beat TAFIC 3-2 in a league game which was played at the University of Botswana (UB) Stadium last weekend.
The Gaborone-based club is placed seventh on the league standings with 29 points from 20 games.
"I am happy that I scored three goals to help my club. Credit must go to my team-mates and the technical team," Moatlhaping told the media.
"The inclusion of technical director Mike Sithole and assistant coach Michael Mogaladi has given us confidence.
The former Botswana international has scored 10 goals this season and he is four goals behind the league's top scorer Thatayaone Kgamanyane of Gaborone United.
"If you look at our graph since they joined us there is improvement and players seem to enjoy their approach. I now have 10 goals and my aim is to increase that tally," he added.
"I joked with Mara Moloi about it because both of us understand the taste of being a league of being a top goal scorer."
