Sharps Shooting Stars striker Jomo Moatlhaping says he’s taking good care of his body hence his good scoring form.
The 32-year-old grabbed a hat-trick as Sharps held Township Rollers to a 3-3 draw in a BTC Premiership match at the National Stadium on Thursday.
"We had a plan. Rollers are comfortable on the ball,” Moatlhaping told local media.
“The plan was to sit back, let them enjoy passes, then we press them with counter, after winning the ball.
Rollers conceded three penalties which were all converted by Moatlhaping, who made no mistake from the spot-kick.
“But they used their experience in the second half. As for penalties, it's not a new thing for me. Wherever I played, even in South Africa, I took the responsibility,” he added.
“I hope supporters enjoyed because it was a good game. I enjoy my game and feel fresh and younger. I take good care of my body.”
The experienced marksman has now scored 15 goals in the league - three behind the top scorer Thatayaone Kgamanyane of Gaborone United.
