Township Rollers have claimed a 3-1 win over Gaborone United in the BTC Premiership derby on Saturday afternoon at National Stadium.

Goals through a brace from Segolame Boy and an own goal from Alphonso Modisaotsile ensured Popa walked away as victors.

On the other hand, Kabelo Seakanyeng found the consolation goal for United but they could not further reduce the deficit.

For Nikola Kavazovic’s men the win sees them consolidating their spot at the summit with 57 points from 26 league games.

A look at the Money Machine, they remain placed fifth with 39 points from 25 games and were without coach Rodolfo Zapata.

The manager parted ways with the club on Thursday and his former team was reduced to 10-men when Dirang Moloi was given his marching orders.
