Gaborone United forward Thatayaone Kgamanyane is confident of winning this season's BTC Premiership Green Boot.
The 22-year-old has been in great form in front of goal for Moya Goleele this season having netted 18 goals in the league.
His scoring form sees him sitting at the top of the league's scoring charts with three games left for GU.
Kgamanyane is facing stiff competition from Sharps Shooting Stars' experienced striker Moemedi Moatlhaping, who has scored 17 goals.
Former Green Lovers winger Kgamanyane has stated that he is taking it one game at a time in the race for the Green Boot.
"Yes, I believe that I can maintain my scoring form and go on to win the accolade," Kgamanyane said.
"But I know that I need to work hard and keep on improving as a player. I want to take it one game at a time.
"I will focus on scoring goals for my team and see what happens at the end of the season."
GU will take on Extension Gunners at the Lobatse Sports Complex on Saturday
While Sharps are scheduled to face Mochudi Centre Chiefs in Lobatse on Sunday.
