Botswana Premier League (BPL) chief executive officer Thabo Ntshinogang says he is looking forward to the final round of the 2017/18 BTC Premiership campaign.

The defending league champions Township Rollers are heading into match day 30 - sitting at the top of the Premiership standings with 63 points from 29 games

Second-placed Jwaneng Galaxy are two points behind Rollers and they are hoping to clinch their maiden league title on the final day of the campaign.

“We are all excited with the ending of our league campaign,” said the CEO to local media.

“Top two teams can claim the league at the last minute.

Rollers will host Extension Gunners at the National Stadium, while Mochudi Centre Chiefs are scheduled to welcome Galaxy at the University of Botswana (UB) Stadium.

“That is why our partners Botswana Television (BTV) said we should move kick-off to 20h00,” he continued.

“Their plan is to capture great moments live at the national stadium and UB stadium.

“The trophy will be in the middle."
