Township Rollers captain Maano Ditshupo is confident that they will defeat Extension Gunners at the National Stadium and retain their BTC Premiership title on Wednesday.

The Blues are heading into this final league encounter of the 2017/18 season - sitting at the top of the league standings with 63 points - two above second-placed Jwaneng Galaxy.

Galaxy are scheduled to take on Mochudi Centre Chiefs at the University of Botswana (UB) Stadium and they can only win the league if they win, and Rollers fail to beat Gunners.

Central midfielder Ditshupo has insisted that they are only focusing on defeating Gunners and win the trophy for the third in three seasons.

"We are not worried about what will happen at UB stadium. Our mission is to continue scoring goals,” Ditshupo said.

“You score, you're home and dry. Our match against Gunners is a big game. Two big clubs.

“On Wednesday our focus is winning that match, we don't care about how other people play,” he added.

“They can beat each other, to be honest we are not concerned on how they play.

“We will score goals and win the game.”

Both matches will kick-off at 20h00.
