The Botswana Football Association (BFA) has sent a delegation to Johannesburg to attend a workshop on National Dispute Resolution Chamber.
A statement from the country’s football governing body suggests that BFA's CEO Mfolo Mfolo, Legal Officer Tumisang Hule, and NDRC Chairperson Oduetse Langwane are part of the crew.
On the other hand, NDRC members such as Edward Kitso Tlhowe, Batshegi Papiso Makwati, and Mr Tsholofelo Kebueng Mvungama will also attend the Chamber (NDRC) workshop on May 31 to June 1.
“The NDRC is a body competent to hear disputes related to employment and contractual stability, training compensation and solidarity contributions between clubs belonging to the same Association,” said the BFA.
“Botswana is among the few countries which have already established it.
“FIFA in recognizing our efforts has invited the BFA and other important stakeholders, being the league as the employer and the Footballers Union of Botswana, as a member of FIFPro, to the workshop.”
