Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Pitso Mosimane was impressed by Township Rollers following their clash in an international club friendly match.
South African giants Sundowns defeated Botswana Premier League champions Rollers 3-0 in North West, South Africa over the weekend.
However, accomplished tactician Mosimane said he considers the Blues to be a big club that can further improve its potential by playing regularly against the top clubs on the continent.
“Rollers is a big team, but there is room for growth. You should focus on winning your domestic league, which qualifies you for the Champions League," Mosimane said when speaking to Rollers' official website.
"And also focus on going as far as possible in the Champions League. The exposure is good for improving the experience and quality of the team.
“Rollers should consider itself a PSL team. I am not undermining Botswana football, I have respect for the potential it has," the 2016 CAF Champiions League winning coach added.
"But we know South Africa has made great progress in commercialisation of the league. Rollers needs to play more against PSL clubs, create a relationship and maintain a similar level of professional administration."
The two teams were using the game as preparation for their upcoming 2018 CAF Champions League group stage matches.
Rollers are scheduled to face Egyptian giants Al Ahly in a Group A match in Alexandria on July 17, while Sundowns are set to take on Togolese side AS Togo Port in Group C clash in Lome on the same day.
