Botswana Premier League (BPL) side Sankoyo Bush Bucks has officially parted ways with Philane Mabhena.
The Zimbabwean tactician managed to ensure that Ngurungu retain their status in Botswana's elite league last season.
Sankoyo finished 11th on the BTC Premiership standings - a point above the relegation zone.
The Ngamiland-based club has since announced Mabhena's departure ahead of the new 2018/19 campaign.
Local trainer Gadimang Tiiso will be in charge of Sankoyo until further notice.
Ngurungu released the following statement:
A club statement: "This is to inform you, The Sankoyo Bush Bucks FC family that we have mutually parted ways with our Head Coach Mr Philane Mabhena."
"We wish to take this time to wish him success in his journey as a coach."
"Let us at this point in time also inform you that our ever industrious and passionate Assistant Coach Mr Gadimang Tiiso will be at the helm of the team until further notice."
